Diversity Recognition: 麻豆直播 Supports San Diego Pride

On July 13, nearly 100 Aya employees and clinicians, along with family and friends, gathered together to promote diversity recognition and celebrate love and equality in the San Diego Pride Parade. The event is the largest single-day civic event in the region and one of the largest Prides in the United States. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Stonewall, riots and demonstrations by the LGBTQ community that launched the Gay Liberation Movement. Aya sponsored the San Diego Pride Parade and Festival and stands in solidarity with our LGBTQ+ friends.

鈥淏eing a sponsor and part of San Diego Pride is an honor,鈥 says Tracy Sano, Director of 麻豆直播 Experience and head of Aya鈥檚 corporate philanthropy efforts. 鈥淥ur partnership with Pride was the catalyst to create the Pride committee, which pushes for increased diversity and inclusion in the workplace on a company-wide basis.鈥

It鈥檚 clear diversity recognition ranks high on the list of initiatives employees care about and Aya鈥檚 participation in Pride this year spoke volumes.
