鈥淒uring the beginning of the pandemic, obviously, people were working remotely out of necessity. But once the pandemic kind of continued, and people slowly started to come back into the office, our policy didn鈥檛 change,鈥 Zeeb said. 鈥淲e didn鈥檛 mandate to come back in and we still haven鈥檛 and we don鈥檛 plan to.鈥
