Currently, our non-clinical roles are only eligible for local contracts. Candidates must live within 50 miles of a facility.

How close do I need to live to be considered for a non-clinical job?

Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility.

Do I need experience in a healthcare setting to apply for a non-clinical assignment?

EVS & Food Service: Experience is preferred but not required.
All other roles: A minimum of one to two years of recent and relevant experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Most of our non-clinical assignments are on-site. Remote roles are rare.

What types of roles may be remote or hybrid?

Sometimes. Temp-to-hire conversions depend on a variety of factors, including facility needs. If you would like to be considered for a temp-to-hire opportunity, you can discuss your interest with your recruiter or during an interview with a facility leader.

Is my assignment guaranteed to extend?

No. We can鈥檛 guarantee extensions for any non-clinical assignment.

Will other opportunities be available after my non-clinical assignment ends?

If you are interested in working another job after your assignment ends, your recruiter will work with you to find and secure an opportunity that matches your qualifications and goals. However, we can鈥檛 guarantee availability.

Can I apply for non-clinical jobs in a new city if I鈥檓 moving but don鈥檛 live there yet?

Yes, but keep in mind that onsite interviews may be required. If you can鈥檛 attend an interview, it may limit your options.

What is required for onboarding?

All non-clinical professionals must complete a comprehensive onboarding and compliance process. At 麻豆直播, the onboarding process typically takes two to four weeks. In addition to your recruiter, we will match you with a credentialing specialist who will help you complete the following:

Do you provide housing or stipends for non-clinical assignments?

No. Because non-clinical jobs are local assignments, we do not provide housing or stipends.

Do you staff for workforce disruptions?

Yes, but these opportunities are infrequent and should not be relied on as a consistent source of income.

How often will I get paid?

At Aya, payroll is every week on Friday. When you start your assignment, you鈥檒l receive your first paycheck on the second Friday of your assignment. When you complete your assignment, you will receive your final paycheck on the Friday after your assignment ends.

What benefits does 麻豆直播 offer for non-clinical jobs?

If you鈥檙e working a full-time local contract, we offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance starting on day one of your assignment. Eligible candidates can also take advantage of other benefits, like our 401(k) and accrued sick time after the required waiting period.

Do I have to take the benefits?

All of the benefits we offer are optional.

Is paid time off (PTO) offered?

All time off is unpaid. If you have time-off needs, please disclose them during your initial recruiter call. Time-off requests will be submitted for approval before an offer is made.

Is sick time available?

Yes. Sick time accrues immediately and becomes available after 90 days of continuous employment. Paid sick time is in accordance with all applicable state, federal and local laws. Aya’s general sick leave policy is that employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked. However, to the extent any provisions of the statement above conflict with any applicable paid sick leave laws, the applicable paid sick leave laws are controlling.

What happens if my assignment is canceled?

If your assignment is canceled due to a change in facility needs, your recruiter will work with you to hopefully find a new role. Depending on your location, your recruiter may not have any other opportunities available. If your assignment is canceled as a result of performance, attendance or conduct, you may not be eligible to return to work at the facility.

Do all assignments require an interview?

Most of our jobs include a virtual or onsite interview. Final decisions are made by the facility鈥檚 hiring manager.
